The creator of diving is Jacques-Yves Cousteau. Having created in 1943 “aqualung” he opened the beauties of underwater world for million people. Later Cousteau told that this creation showed not only the abyss of the ocean, but gave the possibility for people to use the underwater world as they like.

But people shouldn`t mix it up with professional diving, `cause the diver is first of all a professional, having finished the special training and who is ready to immerse, as a rule, at great depths. Diver-amateur is just a person who is keen of immersion with aqualung for getting pleasure from communication with underwater nature and inhabitants.

Diving in Kamchatka is one of the most interesting and fascinating kind of sport and rest. The most comfortable place for diving in Kamchatka is Avacha Bay – the eastern part of the Pacific Ocean. The species structure of aquatic life in Avacha Bay is beautiful and various – some kinds of starfishes, sea-urchins, sea anemones and a lot of different fishes.
The depth of immersing is10-40m. The visibility in water is about 15m. It`s possible not only to enjoy and make photos of underwater world during immersion, but also to practice underwater hunting.
